Removing Educators from a Group

Note: You cannot edit the membership of a hidden Group. You will need to unhide the Group before editing the Group membership.

To remove an Educator who is assigned to an Organisation Group, from the Groups tab:

1. Select a Group
2. From the Group Details panel in the side menu section, a link (e.g. 3 Educators) will be displayed under the heading Assigned Educator:. Select this link to view the assigned Educators.
3. Select the Educator you wish to remove, then select Remove Selected from Group at the top of the Educator list.
4. When this process is completed successfully, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Note: While as a Group Owner you can add Educators, you cannot remove other Educators from the Group. This is to preserve the security protocols around the creation of Groups and owners. If as a Group Owner you have accidentally added an Educator to a Group, you will need to ask your Organisation Administrator to remove them.
