Adding Learners from a Group

When adding Learners to an Assessment, the first page that you are presented with shows all of the Groups that you are assigned or have been created by you.

From here you can:

  • Select an entire Group, by selecting the checkbox to the left of the Group icon.
  • Select from within the Group, by selecting the Group name, then selecting individual Learners.
  • Select the entire Group and then select the Group name so that you can deselect certain Learners.
  • Use the View Learners in: dropdown (see Figure 1) to view all Learners without any Groups.
  • Use the bulk selection links to select Everyone (all the Learners in all of the Groups), All on Page, or to deselect all Learners that have been selected (None).
  • Use the Selected Tab to deselect certain Learners.
  • Search for a Learner.
