Showing a Learner's Assessments at Other Organisations

If a Learner is enrolled at more than one Organisation, they may already have been assessed previously, in which case it is possible to view the Learner's Assessment history to avoid having to reassess them.

Note: For reasons of privacy, you must receive permission from the Learner before you can view their Assessment history from other organisations.

To display the Learner's Assessment history, from the Learners tab:

1. Select View Details to the right of the Learner's name.
2. Select Show Assessments at Other Organisations in the Manage Assessments panel on the right-hand menu.
3. A warning will display. If you have received permission to display the Learner's history, select OK to continue, or Cancel to return to the Learner's details.
4. The link will change to Hide Assessments at Other Organisations, and the Assessments from other Organisations will show against the Learner's Assessment history within your organisation as if those Assessments had been taken locally.
5. A label appears at the top of the Learner's details to show that this Learner's Assessment details include Assessments that were taken at another institution.

If you wish to hide the Learner's Assessment history, select Hide Assessments at Other Organisations in the Manage Assessments panel on the right-hand menu.
