Data Engine Extract of Learner Assessment results

This report will generate a file containing all Assessment results in Reading, Writing, Numeracy and Vocabulary for all selected Learners. Demographic data is included to assist in SMS integration.

To obtain this extract, from the Learners tab:

1. Select the check box to the left of the Learners' name(s) you wish included in the extract.
2. Select a date range below the Learner Assessment Results under the Data Engine Extracts panel in the side menu. Select the Include assessments sat within date range only checkbox if you want to include only Assessments actually sat between the date ranges (see the note on Date range selection, below).
3. Select Get Extract under the Learner Assessment Results panel in the side menu.
4. Select the link Click here to download the Data Engine Extract.
5. Choose whether to Save or Open the file when prompted.

Date range selection: By default, this report includes all results from all Assessments that were active between the dates selected (see Figure 1, below). To include only results from Assessments actually sat between these dates, select the Include assessments sat within date range only checkbox.
